About Future Proofing of Indian Enterprises

India SME Forum in association with FIRST (Forum For Internet, Retailers, Sellers & Traders) is organising the 'Future Proofing of Indian Enterprises' on 27th July, 2023 at Mumbai, Maharashtra with an aim to make the Retailers, Sellers and Traders aware of the opportunities available to future-proof their firm by restructuring outdated supply chains, managing inventory efficiently, reviewing pricing strategies, understanding finance and payment processes, and reinventing the physical shop for the digital era. This will require entirely new ways of thinking and long-term commitments, which may result in permanently transforming traditional ways of doing retail business.
Retailers, sellers, and traders face a number of challenges, such as digital disruption, finding solutions to match changing consumer expectations, modern marketing techniques, market segment retention, and a shortage of positions involving direct contact with customers. The priority areas on which the discussions would take place at the summit are Reimagining Customer relations, Supply & Value Chain Resiliency and Embracing the Digital Revolution.
